Signature Delegation

The University President has delegated to the following individuals contracting/signature responsibilities:

Up to and including the value of $1,000,000.00
  • Dr. Douglas Wartzok, Interim Executive Vice President and Provost
  • Dr. Kenneth Jessell, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President
Up to and including $500,000.00
  • Dr. John Rock, Dean, College of Medicine
  • Dr. Rosa Jones, Vice President, Student Affairs
  • Dr. Jaffus Hardrick, Vice President, Human Resources
  • Ms. Cristina Mendoza, Vice President, General Counsel
  • Ms. Sandra Gonzalez-Levy, Vice President, University & Community Relations
  • Dr. George E. Walker, Vice President for Research and Dean of the University Graduate School
  • Mr. Joseph Barabino, Associate Vice President, OSRA
  • Mr. Robert M. Gutierrez, Director of Pre-Award, OSRA
  • Ms. Mirtha Alberto, Assistant Director, OSRA
  • Mr. Andres G. Gil, Associate Vice President for Research Development, OSRA

  • OSRA Sub-delegation: With the authority to negotiate, enter into, and execute all documents related to proposals for research contracts, as well as research contracts, to solicit and accept research grants and donations, and to fix and collect fees, other payments and donations that may accrue by reason thereof up to and including the value of $500,000.00
