- Ms. Sandra Gonzalez-Levy, Vice President, University & Community Relations
- Dr. George E. Walker, Vice President for Research and Dean of the University Graduate School

- Mr. Robert M. Gutierrez, Director of Pre-Award, OSRA

With the authority to negotiate, enter into, and execute all documents related to proposals for research contracts, as well as research contracts, to solicit and accept research grants and donations, and to fix and collect fees, other payments and donations that may accrue by reason thereof up to and including the value of $500,000.00
