The Purchasing Services' mission is to provide the procurement solution, receiving, and asset management services that are appropriate for every circumstance and to facilitate within the applicable state, federal, and University rules, regulations and procedures, each department/college’s unique mission within the University community. Scientific Receiving receives, inspects, records, and delivers all incoming scientific equipment and supplies at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus. We are committed to providing excellent customer service by expediting deliveries to the University community in a timely manner.
Scientific Receiving for the Modesto A. Maidique Campus is located in the Chemistry/Physics Bldg. - CP 193 . This Receiving operation was established to receive all scientific equipment and supplies for the various science departments and deliver them to their designated location.
