ABOUT US

The Office of Finance and Administration is led by Dr. Kenneth Jessell, Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration (CFO/SVP). Dr. Kenneth Jessell provides leadership in the administration of all financial planning, strategic planning operations, budget allocation, budgetary control, accountability, accounting and financial reporting, human resources, and information technology. The following officers report directly to the Senior Vice President for Administration and Chief Financial Officer: Associate Vice President Facilities Management, University Controller, Vice President Human Resources, Associate Vice President Business & Finance, and University Treasurer.

Ivette is responsible for managing the daily agenda for Dr. Kenneth Jessell, CFO/SVP Finance and Administration, which includes arranging the calendar, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and preparing the CFO for meetings and conferences. She coordinates all team meetings by publishing agendas, distributing pertinent data and finalizing all logistics. She also assists in the overall daily function of the Office of Finance and Administration.

Danielle is responsible for the overall operations of the office, all internal and external communications and the budget for the Division of Finance and Administration. Leveraging her background in budgeting and financial planning, she serves as the Executive Area Budget Manager for departments within the Division of Finance and Administration and works closely with the CFO on strategic planning, team objectives, revenue allocation and project management. She also acts as the liaison for the Board of Governors and all related committees, Faculty Senate and, USPS Senate.
